Terms Of Service: Headshots
Client refers to you, the person or business acquiring the services of Crystal Wizard Studios.
Material refers to all photographs & digital media created by Crystal Wizard Studios for the Client.
Session refers to the event where the photographer representing Crystal Wizard Studios conducts the photography session.
DEFINITIONS
Crystal Wizard Studios and Dalton Stevens own full copyrights to all parts of the photos taken during the Session and may be used on our digital platforms, portfolio, social media pages, website, for marketing and promotional purposes.
The Material produced for the Client may not be edited in any way. If you wish to have any edits made please let us know we’ll be glad to help out.
COPYRIGHT
Payment must be received first before the Material will be released to you. An invoice will be sent to you the day of your shoot. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
PAYMENT
Crystal Wizard Studios, any of its agents, employees or contractors are not responsible for any costs or damages due to delays or failures to provide service under this agreement, arising out of any cause outside of our control including but not limited to Acts of God, fire, flood, explosion, earthquake, or other natural forces, war, civil unrest, accident, work stoppage, power or other mechanical failure, governmental action, acts of terrorism or technical/communication disruption.
FORCE MAJEURE
Under any and all circumstances, the liability of Crystal Wizard Studios is limited only to the amount paid for the Material by the Client.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
By hiring Crystal Wizard Studios to provide photographic or video services, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. You are also acknowledging that such agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Crystal Wizard Studios.
